How long does shipping take and what does it cost?
Each item is made-to-order, which may result in longer waiting times (sometimes up to 30 days). We ship orders once a month, and the delivery date will be indicated in the confirmation email. Standard delivery within Greece typically takes 3-5 business days from the shipping date, which is confirmed via email. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen and will be clearly listed during the checkout process.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges. Each product is uniquely made for the customer to avoid overproduction and minimize environmental impact. If a product is damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer. The customer must report the damage within 7 days of receiving the item by sending a photo and description to rrugastudios@gmail.com
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days by sending a photo of the damage to rrugastudios@gmail.com. We will replace the product and cover all shipping costs. Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
